Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & Services

All our products and services are digital and service-based, including QR Menu Systems, Website Development, Digital Visiting Cards, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Social Media Marketing. Since these are customized digital services, they are not eligible for traditional returns.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

• The service has not yet been started after payment confirmation.
• A technical issue from our side prevents delivery of the agreed service.
• Duplicate payment was made accidentally.

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

• The service has already been initiated, delivered, or completed.
• The delay or issue is caused by client-side reasons.
• You change your mind after work has started.
• The product is offered at a discounted/promotional price.

3. Custom & Promotional Services

All custom-made designs and promotional offers are strictly non-refundable once work begins. Special discounts and affiliate-based pricing are final.

4. Revisions & Support

We believe in fixing issues rather than refunding. We provide reasonable revisions based on the selected package. Technical issues will be resolved as part of our support commitment.

5. Subscription & Ongoing Services

Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable.

6. Affiliate & Commission-Based Payments

Affiliate earnings and commissions are non-refundable and non-reversible once credited.

7. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 working days using the original payment method. Transaction or gateway charges are non-refundable.
