All prices are displayed in AED unless mentioned otherwise. Prices and service details may change without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full before service initiation. Promotional or affiliate prices are final.
4. No Guarantee of Results
While we aim to deliver high-quality services, we do not guarantee sales, revenue, rankings, or business growth. Results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
5. Revisions & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed. Delays caused by missing client information or late responses are not our responsibility. Revisions are provided according to the selected service package.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
All refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Digital services are generally non-refundable once work has started.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, respond in a timely manner, and ensure you have rights to any content you provide (logos, images, text).
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, systems, and content created by Zalepro Soft Solutions remain our property until full payment is received. After payment, you receive a license for intended business use.
9. Affiliate Program Terms
Affiliate participation is optional and subject to approval. Commissions are earned only on valid, completed transactions. Misuse or fraud will result in immediate termination.
10. Third-Party Platforms & Links
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or issues caused by third-party platforms like WhatsApp, Google services, or social media platforms.
11. Limitation of Liability
Zalepro Soft Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
12. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without notice if terms are violated or to refuse service at our discretion.
